Hey guys, there is no way to hide express jobs in the new release. I like them but now they are all mixed with the regular jobs, while i understand this allow more visibility to this express category, it undermines the search for proper jobs.

Express jobs are now mixed in with the others making it super difficult to filter out jobs I want to apply for.

Almost all the brands Ive worked with, especially express brands, harass me to leave a review for their product. This is a huge issue on the app, and even violates the terms of service. It's bullshit that brands are just paying for cheap 5 star reviews, it's super predatory and dishonest. Ive reported an Air BNB brand that wants express reviews for over a month and joinbrands has done nothing!! As the creator I hate having to constantly tell brands that what they are asking for violates multiple platform rules of service. Especially, Amazon because as an influencer on their I risk getting my account banned. If I don't leave a review I'm afraid they will either give me a bad review in retaliation or won't offer me brand deals in the future. As a creator i shouldn't have to police brands on terms of service. Joinbrand only cares about money and will not enforce their rules! Please do something to help the creators you extort!

Hello, once again I'm bringing this issue up. Joinbrands keeps kicking me out of jobs I've applied for every Monday and they keep showing up back in the marketplace in mass and its starting to get very annoying. I've already brought this issue up once and nothing has been done. Last night I had 6 available jobs in my marketplace and over 1200 jobs applied for. This morning suddenly 398 available jobs and only 900 jobs in my applied for tab. It is a massive waste of time to continually apply for jobs I've already applied for and this is either an error in the system or a deceptive practice to make it looks like lots of jobs are active. Furthermore many of the jobs that are continually refreshing are with inactive brands, I've been seeing some of the exact same job posting for over a year. I've been using Joinbrands for almost three years now and have had a great experience but this having to constantly re-apply to the same job has been going on for months now and is starting to get very tedious. Has anyone else had this issue? Because Joinbrands is doing nothing about it!

Sometimes I have something thats relatable or convenient or experience with something a brand is promoting and it would be good to be able to add a short comment. I believe it would be helpful for brands and creators.

When looking at jobs I often find the product link goes to a broken link. I want to know a little about the product before I choose a job and this makes it a bit difficult.

It would be nice to have levels to the category’s… like ok take 10 photos go to level 2. 10 videos get to level 2. This having to do 10 videos before you get to level 2 for everything is sad.

Wish it quickly accept so we can do those.

I would like to suggest making the support AI chat more visible and easier to interact with. Currently, if I navigate away or close the active conversation, it is very difficult to find the way back to the chat or resume the interaction. Key improvements needed: Persistent Chat Icon: A dedicated button or floating icon that stays visible across different sections of the app/web. Chat History Access: A clear "Support History" section where users can easily return to ongoing conversations with Leo AI. Notification Badge: A visual indicator when the AI or a support agent has replied, so the user doesn't have to guess if there is an update. Why this is important: It would significantly improve the user experience by reducing frustration when seeking help, ensuring that important instructions from support are not lost if we accidentally leave the screen.

Hi Joinbrands Team, As an active creator on the platform, I’d like to propose a UI/UX enhancement for the 'Marketplace' and 'My Jobs' sections to streamline campaign management. Currently, when handling a high volume of jobs, identifying those requiring immediate attention is quite challenging. Proposed Enhancements: Job Prioritization System: Implement filtering or sorting options by 'Deadline' or urgency level (High/Medium/Low). This would help creators stay on top of deliveries and avoid missed deadlines. Customizable Pagination: Add a selector to choose the number of items displayed per page. This would reduce excessive clicking and provide a better bird’s-eye view of available opportunities. These features would significantly improve workflow efficiency, allowing creators to be more organized and professional with brands. Additional Note: I am writing this not only as a UGC Creator but also as a Software Developer. I understand the importance of scalable information architecture, and I believe these small UI adjustments would provide massive value to the community.
