I would like to suggest making the support AI chat more visible and easier to interact with. Currently, if I navigate away or close the active conversation, it is very difficult to find the way back to the chat or resume the interaction.
Key improvements needed:
Persistent Chat Icon: A dedicated button or floating icon that stays visible across different sections of the app/web.
Chat History Access: A clear "Support History" section where users can easily return to ongoing conversations with Leo AI.
Notification Badge: A visual indicator when the AI or a support agent has replied, so the user doesn't have to guess if there is an update.
Why this is important: It would significantly improve the user experience by reducing frustration when seeking help, ensuring that important instructions from support are not lost if we accidentally leave the screen.
