Report button on jobs

I have noticed a good amount of jobs in the "Express selfie" category are requiring things other than that. It seems like the brands are just trying to pay as little as possible. For example one I came across today in the express jobs was for a veggie chopper. They were requiring photos of multiple different veggies being chopped. That doesn't seem like an express selfie to me also one would have to buy the veggies the creator would be loosing money.

Asking for 15 second videos...
Asking to go against join brands terms of service and asking for extra reviews on a different site...
Asking for a regular TikTok but then wanting to put six hashtags on it and they have you put it on your shop.

Brands need to adhere to what The parameters of what they pick for their products and understand exactly what join brands will allow us to upload.

I second that!!! They want secondary reviews on amazon or private pages.... Before you receive your tip.
And a tip is not wages....please don't report them that way. Remember tips are not taxable now and that makes all the different system of us creators.

Reporting brands
Ellie VanLeeuwen
Recently, I have run into an issue where a brand has sent me a product that is broken. I reached out to the brand to let them know, they sent me two replacements. Both replacements were broken. I went to their Amazon listing, and come to find out, 99% of the reviews stated that the item came broken. I tried to complete the job for the brand, but they are messaging me now stating they need the picture to have the item working. I shared that the item does not work and I cannot fulfill what they are asking. I would like an option to report a brand because I do not want to get a bad review and have it ruin my chances of working with other brands.

Report incorrect campaigns

I would like the ability to report campaigns for wrong info. Sometimes there is a job that is for an image, but the details are talking about a video. Sometimes there is a broken link to the product. Whatever the reason, we should be able to flag a campaign for review.

Hi there! Level 3 creator & also on here as a brand.
The part about this that sucks is from the brand side there is NO WAY to edit a campaign once it's launched. We had to push and be super firm several times for days to get them to take down something we published incorrectly. It was a big hassle. They ultimately had to refund the campaign and then we had to wait for that payment to appear in our wallet before we could launch it again.
The UX/UI of the back end of the platform for brands is kind of confusing in some parts . I'm super tech-savvy, but I definitely uploaded our first campaign wrong. The spot where the campaign description goes isn't clear that is the main description spot; it's buried at the bottom of the page. There's another spot for product descriptions at the top where I put the campaign info on accident the first time, and then ultimately that wasn't even visible to viewers so our first campaign had a bunch of missing details.
Also, when a brand creates a campaign, they may have accidentally put the campaign info in the product info slot the first time (saying something about a video for instance). When they set up a new campaign, they may have accidentally selected that product unaware that is had all that info in it from the previous campaign so the campaign that you're viewing in that moment may be for a photo with an OLD DESCRIPTION they accidentally reused.
If you ever see "I want the content" or something that starts with "I want" in the description, it's also one of those weird UX things from JoinBrands. There's a button that says "I want the content" that looks like it should be clicked.

I FULLY AGREE that we should be able to leave feedback about brands, and campaigns, and errors etc. I just wanted to give some insight from what I've learned. Hope this helps!
I have another post on here with tons of tips & an offer for free profile reviews if you're interested. 🥰
